You will need:
- 1/8 Blood Orange (or 1 wedge cut into 2 small pieces)
- 20ml Ginger Syrup
- 25ml Lime Juice
- 55ml Tequila
- 1 dash of Hibiscus Syrup
- 1 Blood Orange Wedge for Garnish
Add all the ingredients and ice to a shaker and mix well.
Fill a glass with fresh ice then serve with a blood orange wedge.
Get Sleighed

You will need:
- 55ml Cointreau
- 25ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 85-115ml Ginger Beer
- 1 Lime/Lemon
- Slice for Garnish
Pour the Cointreau and Lime Juice into a glass filled with crushed ice.
Top with ginger beer and a slice of lemon or lime.
Sex on the Piste

You will need:
- 9ml Vanilla Schnaps
- 35ml Cinnamon Vodka
- 70 ml Cranberry Juice
Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
Pour ingredients over ice then shake well.
Decant into a tall glass and garnish with fresh cranberries.
A Christmas Miracle

You will need:
- 50 ml Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur
- 25ml Vodka
- 25ml Expresso Coffee
- 3 Piece of a Coffee Bean for Garnish
Fill a shaker with ice.
Pour the Baileys, vodka, and espresso into the shaker and mix until cold.
Strain the mixture into a glass then top with coffee beans.
