Brilliant!
5The Stylophone is a brilliant little machine! My partner loves it and it sounds super. He mastered the songs in about 5 minutes too. I'd better get some more batteries, I can see this is going to cause hours of fun for all the family.

Retro fun!
5Spent ages trying to find something to go with my dad's birthday present. My sister and I wanted to give him something different but fun. This Stylophone is perfect. My mum has informed us that she is glad it comes with a headphone socket! However, she admits that she has had a go too and likes the fact you can get the MP3 player plugged into it! We have had a go and so have my nieces, a winner all round! Great fun.

Annoying yet addictive
3I bought the Stylophone as an extra gift for my brother. Whilst I enjoy most music I did fear that my ears may have started to bleed, though admittedly the blood did help clog the sound. Seriously though, this item is very annoying but also very, very addictive. I'm not quite sure who would want to plug it into an MP3 but the option is there. I'd give this 3 stars, it's a fun gift addition. I'd advise never to let a child near one and if possible try to learn a tune so the noise isn't quite so grating.

5Bought this primarily to keep my nephew's occupied during visits but I've found it totally addictive. Came with the instructions for 'Silent Night' and I mastered that in a few minutes. If only I'd bought it at Xmas. I entertained my wife and family for hours in a locked room with endless variations of 'Silent Night' and now I know what it feels like to be a rock star with thousands of adoring fans. I am not from a musical background and never thought I'd be able to learn any instrument.

Lots of potential
4This is one of those toys that you get a little buzz of excitement about each time it is brought out. The Stylophone is a retro synthesiser which is a cult instrument used by the likes of David Bowie, and more recently, Mark Ronson, but it allows even novice musicians to express their creativity. Forty years after it first became a kitsch icon, the re-released Stylophone has all the features of the original, with the addition of a volume control and added audio input enabling you to connect to an MP3 player and jam along to your favourite tracks in style. The Stylophone has great novelty value but is also a great little item for children who wish to learn a new instrument. They will certainly be unique in their instrument choice! Its the perfect price and size to be a stocking filler and is also the perfect gift for the child who has everything!

5Stylophone... goodbye air guitar. Although older than time itself, the compulsory MP3 link and your marketing treatment ensure it has taken the jetstream into this Millennium. The output/noise/music/hurdy-gurdy stuff is amazing diversity itself. It's versatile too as the wee ones did their music homework and picked out tunes.

4The Stylophone is a great little item, bought one for my grandson and son-in-law (aged 50). Grandson thought it was 'ace' and son-in-law said it brought back happy memories!

5I bought the Stylophone for my 18 year old son. He soon picked up how to play a tune. My husband also enjoyed playing it. Great value and an ideal present.
