So you've flown our other RC helicopters, stormed the odd makeshift cardboard box base and have managed to get the theme tune from 'Airwolf' out of your head - what's next? Voice Control, that's what!
This ingenious Voice Control Helicopter responds to your commands and has five of them loaded in, ready to obey your every aviation whim (though when we tried it out, it didn't seem to understand "pop into the kitchen and grab me a Hobnob."). Simply pop the microphone set over your bonce (it looks a bit like a bluetooth headset) and get jabbering!
You can command your heli-servant to: 'start its engines', 'go higher and lower', 'to hold' and 'to stop', once you've landed. Saying 'stop' in mid-air is not recommended unless you've got a very soft head and few pain receptors. Combined with that, you can use the remote control to turn left and right, and the in-built forward motion will make sure it's headed in the right direction.
From a self-preservation point of view, there's also a ceiling sensor that ensures you don't have to avoid a falling helicopter as well.
To top it all off, there's some cool LED lights and charging it up is super-easy, via the handset. For any European friends you might have, the helicopter will also understand commands in French or Spanish - clever, eh?
In short, the Voice Control Helicopter is one of the most innovative helicopters at IWOOT, addictive and extremely clever.

The helicopter is very good with voice control and flying, but the pins under the propellers keep falling/flying out which means you then can't fly the helicopter. They have fallen out several times, but we were lucky enough to find them and put them back in, and continue to use the helicopter hoping that the pins would stay in. The pins are very tiny and hard to spot on your carpet, and now after 24 hours of owning the helicopter we have lost both the pins and are unable to use this product.
I bought this is a Christmas present for my fiancée, who loves gadgets and is a big kid at heart. When he unwrapped the helicopter he was instantly excited and immediately started playing with it. Unlike other toy helicopters, this seemed very easy to pilot. The flight was very controlled, and seemed safe enough to use indoors without needing to worry about it smacking into something. It's also very durable - it suffered a couple of crash landings but you wouldn't be able to tell! The only reason it doesn't get the full five stars is the limited operating time - it only lasts about 6 minutes before needing to be charged again. However I can see that it would take a lot of power to get even a light craft airborne in this way, and it isn't much of a criticism when the toy is such good fun.
I bought this Voice Control Helicopter for my boyfriend as a Christmas present. He opened it early as he's away for Christmas and him and his dad have been having a ball with it for days. He has a broad northern accent and the headset even works for him. It's a great present for kids and big kids alike. I'm thinking about buying one for myself, awesome!
It's the coolest helicopter you can buy. Senses light voice control. It's sensational remote control will make a great gift on any ocassion. Great for kids and adults. The voice control is brillant. Imagine just sitting on the sofa and flying a helicoptor with out lifting a finger and it will be great to show it off to your friends.
A superb peice of kit. With a fantastic headset that works very well. Over all it would make a very good Christmas/birthday present and I would recommend it to anyone.
It is amazing to fly, I've never used anything so advanced. It's well worth the money!!!
This is amazing the helicopter can actually understand what you are saying. I have tried a few really expensive helicopters but none of them compare to this one. I would highly recommend to anyone.
This voice helicopter is brilliant, there's not a single person yet who can't fly it.
