Mum likes it, but I've learned my lesson

Arrived too late. Seems OK. Mum likes it. I had an issue with IWOOT a few years ago so stopped shopping with them. I thought I'd give them another chance this year. Items ordered that took way too long to deliver... And TWO free gifts, that I didn't receive. I asked about them and IWOOT/ZAVVI just washed their hands and told me contact THEIR suppliers. I did and they wanted me to spend more money. I declined. It seems that the customer service team weren't that bothered, which to me means; either the free gift is worthless, or my custom is.
