For any Star Wars fan this is a must. And for a mother of a 14 year old who is generally glued to his lap top it is priceless. He has spent hours putting these models to see and the pride on his face after is just brilliant. They are very fiddly though and have some incredibly tiny pieces
Perfect for a gift. Especially for myself. Quite a challenge to build it so I'm loving it even more. It's a good set of construction kit. Now I only have to find a place to set it up on display :)
This is a great addition to my set one of the easier models to build. With amazing detail and small foot print fits nicely on a shelf or cabinet.
Bought as a gift....looks the part and delivery service brilliant
Bought as gift, very quick to deliver and well packaged
I loved making this. Some of the other Star Wars kits are a bit thin and spindly and very hard to put together securely, but this is rather more robust and solid. Small pliers and tweezers help, and a good eye and steady hands are essential. This stays where it's put quite well and doesn't fall over. I really enjoyed the process and the finished result. Once upon a time, in a galaxy far, far away, I played with my Star Wars models and released my inner child...
I bought this item for my partner for his birthday and he loves it! It's keeping him quiet for a few hours which is great for me haha! I highly recommend any of the Star Wars items and the deal that comes with it.
Brilliant little gift for my boyfriend who loves star wars lego but wanted something a bit more 'grown up'. Completed it looks great on his desk at work. He found it necessary to use tweezers but said it was a great build that he really enjoyed . I would definitely buy the other models for him
Quite sturdy, very nice when built, using mine as a paperweight :)
It's a fab little metal model of a great big spaceship! Need some little pliers and nimble fingers to get it done. Makes a great little pressie for no reason. Wonder when we could get some Thunderbird models F.A.B.
I gave this to my son, the physics PhD, and he finished it in a couple of days. Super detailed result but ultra fiddly. Best if you have about 15 years experience in minute model making. (Games Workshop aficianados will have no problems, the rest of us will struggle.)
Brought this for my fella as he had brought him self a different one before and enjoyed it. He enjoyed doing it and they do look pretty good when they are done and it kept him quiet for a bit :)
Excellent models to add to my collection.
Always loved construction kits irrespective of size or complexity. This kit is beautifully crafted and elegantly small. Doesn't take long to assemble but the quility of the finished kit more than makes up for the lack of 'build time' .
Good model kit, just requires good eyesight, tweezers and patience.I would say this is 1 of the easier models in the Star Wars collection
The metal models look good in the picture but making htem and ne constraucted they do not look as impressive.
Very good kit very detailed you will need some tweezers
All of these little models are great. They're not for the faint-hearted. You need patience and a couple of pairs of small pliers are essential, but the results are fantastic. I've done all 5 I've got, just waiting for R2-D2 to be back in stock so I can complete the set 😁
My husband is a big kid and loves anything like this. Thanks u very much I will be definitely be using iwoot again
I initially bought this Star Wars Imperial Star Destroyer as a Christmas gift for my brother but upon arrival we just couldnt wait to open it. My first reaction to the piece was bewilderment because of the small packaging. The model itself was supposed to be about 40cm. However when unpackaged we saw how excellently packaged it was. After an excellet and enjoyable few hours of brotherly bonding and hard work we finnaly succeeded in creating the impressive model which it was all it was cracked up to be. I have since further bought the R2 D2 model as a surprise for my brother at Christmas and have a feeling we will both be enjoying building another excellent model
