I ordered this item for my 21 year old son who is guitar mad. He said it was the best present he had been given and has had hours of fun making his own plectrums. Making his own will definitely save him a fortune.

I bought this for a friend who runs a band, and he says he gets through at least 3 plectrums per session, which now cost around £2 each, so that makes this a must-buy.

This is a super little gadget, that will hopefully save me money in the future. I suggest using a clip to hold down the punch handle when not in use, as one thing that would improve this item, but I'm pleased with this purchase and would recommend it.

I bought this as a gift, and surprisingly, received one as a gift as well. This is a great product! Now you must take this for what it is. This is obviously not what Jim Dunlop's crowd use to make picks, but for a quick fix, it is great.

Even with the muscles built up by dragging a double bass all over London for years and the finger strength to go with it, my son found this gadget, although awesome and amazing and destined to be very useful, extremely hard to use! Even fairly thin plastic took a whole lot of cutting and there were some sharp edges which needed filing off, so it isn't quite the click and go plectrum puncher you might think from the illustration and description. Nonetheless, it was a popular present this Christmas, and there are many band merchandise possibilities as yet, bubbling under.
