Happy St Patrick’s Day! Here at IWOOT we are celebrating the Irish national holiday in style with lots of green cocktails. We’ve picked out our favourite recipes to share with you.

The Green Dragon

You Will Need

• 1 1/2 ounce gin
• 1/2 ounce Kummel
• 1/2 ounce green creme de menthe
• 1/2 lemon
• 4 dashes of orange bitters

Mix the ingredients together and then shake with ice until the mixture is chilled.

Decant into your favourite cocktail glass, we like these ones from LSA for just £25. 

The Honeydew Martini

You Will Need

• 3 ounces vodka
• 1/2 ounce Midori
• 1/2 ounce triple sec

1. Fill half a shaker with ice
2. Crush the ice.
3. Pour in all your ingredients.
4. Shake well and strain the mixture into a martini glass.
5. Serve with a slice of melon.

Finally our favourite and most St Patrick’s themed cocktail, Shamrock Juice.

Shamrock Juice

You Will Need

• 1/2 ounces gin
• 1/2 ounces white tequila
• 1/2 ounces light rum
• 1/2 ounces vodka
• 1 ounce Blue Curacao
• 4 ounces fresh squeezed orange juice

1. Fill a Mason Jar with crushed ice, then add the liquors.
2. Top with orange juice.
3. Serve with a slice of lime, orange or melon.
