Really good surprise
5I ordered this for my brother's Christmas and it was exciting to see what arrived. He loved it! Selecting T-shirts sizes was a nice touch too.

2Although the product was very good value and of high quality the title of the Darkside I thought there would be more Startwars stuff in there and have now replaced the stuff with Startwars things for a birthday present. Have pre ordered the Starwars book and am hoping for the best.

1The September "Darkside" geek box. The title suggests star wars products. The reality was a major disappointment. A flimsy, cardboard cutout Darth Vader mask and a pack of light saber colouring pen is was the sum total of star wars items in the box. A white (not at all darkside) venom print T-shirt that was like a tent (ordered XL and realistically it could be XXL). A breaking bad travel coffee mug and an obscure comic book made up what was the biggest waste of money I have ever spent online. I understand the mystery aspect of the box but the title should be less misleading. Will never buy one of these boxes again

My Geek Box
4This was the first Geek Box I had purchased, although I had been considering them in the past. When this theme came up (Dark Side) and promised items from Breaking Bad and Star Wars I thought it would be interesting to give it a go (there was also an offer on!). The box itself was about the size of a regular shoe box and the items were packed inside. I received the following: 1) A Breaking Bad "Heisenberg" travel mug - very cool! 2) A Venom t-shirt in my size - nice. 3) A Darth Vader character mask - thin cardboard, quite flimsy, and had been damaged on packing. 4) A tube of coloured pencils made to look like a light sabre - pretty cool. 5) A Rogue Trooper one-shot comic book - pretty good. 6) A small box of strawberry flavoured Nerds - yum. Overall I'm quite pleased about the quality of the box for the price I paid, but the mask was something of a letdown. I'm not sure what the total value of the items I received was - it was supposed to be more than I paid for the box, but I'm not entirely convinced. Perhaps this will be better in the future. I am quite tempted to buy more of these should an appropriate theme come up!

Great gift!
4The Dark Side Geek Box was brought as a gift for a male friend of mine. Someone who loves Star Wars, Breaking Bad, etc. even though I did not know exactly what was in the box I thought I would order it as a surprise and neither I nor the recipient were disappointed. Great selection of items for the price! The only issue I had with it and reason why I did not give 5 stars was that I preordered the box and was not kept up to date when expected delivery date passed
