Very good option for Christmas boxing day!
I do like this immerse be headset. Downsides have to be that I can't seem to get the lens to focus for my eyes, it works better if I shut one eye. Also, my volume button is constantly being pressed due to the way the phone is situated in the headset. Shame really as it it a very good idea.
Really great item small price for such a fun amazing product No need for a 3D tv if you have these glasses they fit snugly very comfy to wear lots to watch and be amazed no big set up just out them on and go
This is so comfy to wear with loads of padding so your virtual reality experience is unencumbered by the technology.
Great Item easy to use and at a great price
So great, wow. Anyone with a birthday coming up and loves wow technology should have one of these. Such fun and affordable, unusual these days . Get one now and put it aside for Christmas. I so got it right for a change with this gift
I haven't quite worked them out yet, but I am getting there.
THe google cardboard applications work really well visually but the offical google cardboard versions provide a button that touches the screen. This provides much needed integration for navigation between scenes etc. This headset requires you to open up the back and touch the screen which means removing it off your head to move onto the next vr item. visually, works brilliant, no problem with focus etc but lacking compatibility with google cardboard...
I was a bit hesitant about this at first but it is easy to use and it adjusted easily to fit my xperia z3. I would highly recommend this to gadget fans, would make an excellent stocking filler.
Good service as usual. But unable get a clear image in spite of trying the adjustments.also very limited 3D apps Maybe it is just me,
Bought a pair each for my granddaughter & grandsons birthday best buy ever they had great fun..onboard a rollercoaster..on a flight simulator..great choice.
Bough these for a present for my best friend and he loves them! Easy to set up and ready to use straight away! Will purchase again for sure!
Complete rubbish I have dropped mine down the local charity shop
Definately worth what you pay for. Obviously isn't going to be the best virtual reality experience you've ever had, and it all depends on your phone. Quite difficult to adjust the headband that holds the headset on face. Easy to adjust for eyesight though. Slim and simple for a virtual reality headset. Perhaps could need more detailed instructions as to finding virtual reality games/apps on smartphone.
This is a good a cheap way to get into VR! The headset is comfortable enough and its easy to figure out how to use it. The buttons on the side of my windows phone where to large and getting it into place without holding in a volume buttom was next to impossible but other phones we tried it worked well with the little sponge bits in the box holding it away from buttons. All in all a great buy for the price!
Bought as a gift had the desired effect they are better than I imagined they would be amusing and entertaining they are stronger than I thought they were going to be well worth the money they cost and a definitely an I Want item
Excellent purchase and good value. No complaints with the product. Quite a few good free virtual reality apps in the App Store for this product but a lot you have to pay for.
This is a solid, reasonably comfortable headset which holds well on the head (but will always be a little clumsey with the weight of the phone attached). It was very popular at Christmas. I wear glasses but images were clear enough without them. As such it does what it says on the tin. This review therefore is more about the available software than the hardware, and I spent a good few days looking for stuff that works. Much is written for the google cardboard which doesn't quite work with this, and anything requiring AR rather than VR will not work as this has a closed back. Also, anything requiring a button to press (rather than a head nod) will not work. There is a lot of tat, but thankfully most of this is free. In Mind VR, End Space VR (99p), and Moorente are all good if brief, and demonstrate the VR capabilities. VR Sniper, VR planet, Zombie Shooter, Mad Race VR, Jurassic Dinosaur and varios roller coasters are OK for the technology but nothing special. VRSE, Cedar Point VR, Tuscany, Insurgent, and Insidious are not games but give an insight into what is to come over the next few years. Everything remonds me of the earliest mobile phones: not the future, but pinting a way to it. Definitely worth the investment, though.
What a great device! I really wasn't expecting this to be so good. There's loads of amazing VR films out there, and the only trouble is you watch one, then another, and another.... Brilliant
