A telephone classic is re-born! Made from the original case mouldings that were supplied by BT back in the seventies, these rotary dial Retro Telephones are the real deal and come supplied ready for use with modern telephone cables and sockets.
Complete with that fabulous click and whirr dialling action and the classic big hollow bell ring tone (not digital by the way, it's the real thing), the phones are available in their original Pillar Box Red, Ivory and Black colours, and have exactly the same satisfyingly chunky weight and feel as those old friends from the seventies. The 70's may have produced some truly terrible music and very questionable haircuts, but the phones were fabulous!
The Retro Phones are compatible with BT and other service providers which support pulse technology. The most notable provider which DOES NOT is Virgin Media as the Retro Phones are not DNA(Dual Networking Approved).
Occasionally, because the phone units themselves can date back to the 1960s, blemishes and dents will appear on the base. The casing, handset and cords, however, are all new, meaning they appear brand new when standing on a surface.

Bought one of these Retro Telephones last year (red one), everyone has commented on it and wants to use it. Also, much prefer the proper 'ring-ring' to electronic nonsense on modern phones (which I have permanently muted!). Love it!
These are actually reconditioned old rotary dial phones, but with newly-molded plastic housing. Any typical modern cordless phone relies on an AC/DC transformer but these old phones don't require any mains or battery power - means you can still use your phone in a power outage.
I was really stuck. My dad wanted an old fashioned phone and all the ones I could find didn't have the right cables for modern sockets. Then I found this! The perfect present for anyone who remembers these. Works perfectly, and it has a proper ring which you can hear from anywhere in the house. A great product!
I used to own one of the original bt phones in the 70s + 80s & never thought anything special about them until now. Its marvelous that you have a upgraded version of this classic that can be used in most homes. I have forwarded your website to my parents & sister & you will probably get sales from both of them. many thanks. OLDIE BUT GOODIE.
