Bought the Space Rug in black for my son. Very pleased with the quality, it is better than I was anticipating and a good size both in length and the sleeves.

I bought one for myself and one for my husband and we love them and wish I'd bought them sooner. They are lovely and warm and cosy without being restricting in any way so you can lounge around watching TV, on the internet, reading, making tea etc and they don't get in the way. They are huge and mine was too long (I'm 5'3'') but it was very easy to take up the hem. No more shivering!

The Space Rugs are very soft, warm and cosy, I would have given it 5 stars if you could put it on like a coat instead of over your head. It went down well at Halloween.

The force is alive in Oz...

The force is strong in Melbourne, young padawan. In one small area, there are a cluster of 4, fighting for good and evil! Mother and father (50s) and 2 younger jedi (20 and 23) when they can wrestle their Space Rugs robe back from marauding girlfriends, who like to snuggle when they visit. The look on the evil postmans face is priceless when he attempts to take on these forces of good and visiting friends get very envious of our robes. These Space Rugs are fantastic! Warm, good length, roomy ,very snuggly able while easy enough to lift up to utilise the facilities and the hoods are great! When your younger Padawan have been living in them for days on end, they machine wash on cold really well. The family that plays together, stays (warm) together! I have even got us a few lightsabers for the occasional nights of proving our skills are still intact. You need one of these to join our ranks... improve the force!

This Space Rug is very warm, cosy and soft. As there is no front opening it is a bit tricky to get on and you have to pull it over your head like a jumper.

I'm wearing this Space Rug now for the first time so obviously cannot comment on how hardwearing it is. There is nothing about it which causes me any concern in this respect. The rug is very comfortable and warm without imposing any feeling of unnecessary weight. The fleece is very soft and there's plenty of material to wrap around yourself whilst lying down without being in any way cumbersome moving around. I'm very pleased with my purchase but nothing is perfect and if I had to nitpick and put a slight negative forward it would be that for winter it may be handy to have a fastening at the neck. That's a very minor quibble though and I shall be rectifying it at some point by spending ten minutes with a needle and thread to sew on a press stud. It's a nice little bonus that as one passes the hall mirror one has the opportunity for a quick alec guinness impression. I would recommend this item without reservation.

Envy of the universe

Yes it's true, I am now the coolest person in the universe! This Space Rug is truly great for lounging around in, or going to pick up the Chinese with your light saber in hand. Just a word of caution, if you're not accustomed to wearing dresses - be careful climbing stairs. Enjoy.

So soft

I ordered this Space Rugs as an alternative to a dressing gown. It was a very good choice. Although it is very big it's so soft and comfy. Well worth it.

slightly disappointed

I was slightly disappointed with my purchase as the Space Rug doesn't have a zip or opening of any kind. My husband really struggled to get this over his head!
