Contained in the Stormtrooper shaped tin are 49x helmet-shaped paying cards and full gameplay instructions for three different games - Snap, Memory Game and Pass The Helmets.

Star Wars Snap is played the same way as traditional Snap with the cards placed face down in the centre. Each player turns over a card and when the card turned over matches the one already on the discarded pile, the first person to say Snap wins the game. The Star Wars Memory Game is played by placing all cards face down individually over a table, a player turns over 2 cards and if they match the player takes those cards and goes again, if not the cards are turned back over. However, there is also the Darth Vader rule. If the Darth Vader card is turned over, it is returned face down and all cards still in play are shuffled around the table. Pass The Helmets is played by dealing out all the cards amongst the players. Any matching pairs are placed face-up on the table. Each player then takes an unknown card from the previous player to try and match more pairs in their own hand.
