Simply put, this is about as far from 'Tales From The Riverbank' as it's possible to get. This experience will have whoever you decide to give it to bouncing across the waves on a Zapcat - a monstrously quick catamaran originally designed for high-speed emergency surf rescues, but soon adapted for what some would call a far more worthy cause - exhilaration.
You'd better make sure you pack a waterproof on board one of these powerboats, because they're armed with an equivalent of 340hp per tonne (providing serious acceleration on such a lightweight boat), catapulting your vessel from wave to wave. Pulling an impressive 3G as you fly across the surf and no doubt terrorising the local aquatic wildlife, you'll feel like all those trips on the Isle Of Wight ferry really didn't prepare you for this kind of abuse. Still, you could always close your eyes and pretend you're in duty free. If you weren't being buffeted to pieces by the Zapcat, that is.
