Complete waste of money.
1Henry is, like the parrot, no more, defunct, gone away. He never has & never will hoover anything up. His motor turns but there is no light in his eyes. deaddog

How does it work?!!!
1I purchased both Henry and Hetty for stocking presents. They've arrived and look totally brilliant - however- how on earth do you get the battery cover off?! I have unscrewed it but the cover is still fastened tightly. I'm terrified that prising the top open with a screwdriver will crack the casing.Is there something else to press? Am I being totally thick?

no suction
1i bought this product 2 days ago and it arrived on time, fab, but ive put it together and there is absolutely no suction coming from the nozzle and i cant understand why, it turns on but nothing else happens! really irratating :( :( :(

Slightly Disappointed
4I bought this Henry Hoover Desk Vacuum for a friend, unfortunately it doesn't actually suck! We still thinks it's great though, sitting there on his desk smiling at everyone.
