If you've always wanted to grow stuff in your garden (besides the standard grass and dandelion medley), but thought it would be too much effort then the GroBoxes are for you. We've all seen the Good Life - it didn't look easy and the only saving grace appeared to be working closely with Felicity Kendal. But you can't deny that there's nothing quite so satisfying as getting your fingers green and doing a spot of gardening, especially if it brings you one step closer to being self sufficient. All you need to do is find a spot in the soil, dig a hole in the ground, poke the holes through in the box and bury it. If it's a little bit dry you may have to water it but, as far as the hard work goes, that's it. The box keeps the seeds warm and protected from ground frost and will even release nutrients into the soil when the recycled cardboard starts to decompose. You can't get greener than that.
The GroBoxes are season specific, so different boxes become available throughout the year. Summer has slowly crept into Autumn, so you can take home the Autumn or Winter boxes and grow yourself a lovely selection of seasonal flowers in a window box or hanging basket, or why not go the whole way and get some seasonal veg on the grow in the garden? With GroBox there really is nothing stopping you.

Extremely disappointing!
I was so looking forward to having lovely baskets of flowers. I just thought it was an excellent idea. However, I bought 4 of the winter ones but, despite waiting until the frosts were over, I don't have a single flower to show for it. A total waste of over £20!

Fantastic Present
I bought this as a present for my brother-in-law who has everything, but not much time to garden. He is delighted with this Grobox and will be planting it as soon as the snow has finished! I can't wait to hear how he gets on with the veggies!

Best Purchase Ever
Had the autumn and winter veg boxes brought for me as a present had would highly recommend them - it does exactly as it says and the only mannual work is digging a hole about a foot square then let nature take it cause

For the lazy gardener
Excellent idea, if you would rather sit in your garden than dig in it, but want to do your bit towards being eco and feel you can hold up your head and say you grow your own veg.

Have to say I originally bought from elsewhere for the novelty value - but it works!! Needless to say I will be buying more, going greener and saving money in the process. If you are not fussy on what veg you eat then this is the one for you. Good if you only have small area to grow in and they also do a flower grobox if veg isn't your thing.
