The fun doesn’t stop there; you’ll then don your specialised VR headset and step aboard your virtual plane, where you’ll descend 12,000ft as you take in fantastic views of a location of your choice, whether it’s Hawaii, Dubai, the Swiss Alps, or even an Alpine wingsuit base jump! What happens on the day?

On arrival an hour before your flight time, you will check in and meet your instructor, before watching a training video and having a Q and A. You’ll be kitted out in your jumpsuit, before selecting your VR experience from a choice of different virtual locations, including Dubai, Hawaii, the Swiss Alps, or even an Alpine wingsuit base jump!

Your experience proper begins in the flight chamber, where you’ll receive two flights of 60 seconds each. Experience the exhilaration of being suspended in mid-air by the 120mph stream of air. Afterwards, you’ll don your specialised VR helmet and be whisked off into your virtual plane before descending 12,000ft as you take in fantastic views of your chosen location!

Participant guidelines

• Minimum age: 8 (under 18s need parental consent)
• Maximum Weight: 18 stone (114kgs)
• Participants with a disability should contact the centre directly at least two weeks prior to their flight date to ensure that you can be appropriately accommodated.
• Participants should be in good general health. Participants will be unable to fly if they are under 8 years of age, are pregnant, have previously suffered from a dislocated shoulder, are wearing a hard plaster cast or are under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs. If you have a history of heart, back or neck complaints, or any general concerns, it is best to check before booking
• The venues have disabled access, lifts and toilets
• Spectators are welcome
• The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary according to location

Availability

This experience is available Monday to Friday before 18.00 and after 21.00 during term time. During school holidays, flights are available Monday to Friday after 21.00 only. Please contact your chosen centre when booking for updated availability.

We recommend you book at least eight weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. You must have booked and flown before the expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability.

Please allow approximately 1 hour 45 minutes for your visit.

Please note - a maximum three of these packages can take place in permitted flight sessions

What should I wear?

You should wear comfortable casual clothes (ideally a collarless t-shirt) with trainers/skate/tennis shoes that are lace-up. Your jumpsuit, helmet & goggles are provided.

Additional information

Food and drink is available in the vast array of neighbouring cafes, bars and restaurants.

Lockers are available to use during your visit.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
