Bread lovers, it’s your time to shine. Get hands-on with this Bread Making Course for Two at Brockleby’s Bakery, Melton Mowbray. Brockleby’s offers a friendly, authentic setting for you to learn how to bake an array of tantalising loaves.
The evening will commence with you both making and proving a delicious spelt dough loaf in addition to a spring onion and mature cheddar soda bread each. Whilst the two loaves are baking, the entire breadmaking process is recapped and you’ll enjoy a detailed talk on the history of local grains and bread making together.
With a non-stick bread tin each, a jar of local honey, and recipes to take home, the two of you will be well on your way to bread baking glory.
