The LP to CD Converter is here to rescue your record collection from a destiny of gathering dust on an old forgotten shelf in the garage.

Back in the days when IWOOT wore short trousers (a horrendous sight if ever there was one) the internet was still a twinkle in Al Gore's eye and the only place to get hold of decent music was in a dusty record shop, and people's music collections were often big enough to take over an entire wing of the house. You couldn't just switch your PC on and plunder the world wide web every time you felt that your Gloria Gaynor collection was looking a bit sad. Ask your granddad, he'll tell you. Listening to music wasn't as simple as it is now - you couldn't shuffle through your collection at the touch of a button and the only way to have made your music portable involved a wheelbarrow and an extension cord.

Now you can blow the cobwebs off your old Led Zep LP's and bring them crashing into the 21st century. The LP to CD Converter is so technologically advanced you won't even need a computer to transfer all of your records onto shiny, convenient CD's. This record player has a CD burner incorporated into the design, so you won't need any extra cables cluttering up your already crowded office space at home. A staggering 700mb of onboard memory will record up to 80 minutes of music and store it on the record player until you've inserted a blank CD - this is vital to the recording process, and we'll tell you why: the stylus on a record player is VERY sensitive and will pick up all manner of vibration while it runs along your record's groove. CD burners aren't known for their quiet demeanour so the memory means that when you do finally commit to transferring the record to CD, the recording won't be marred by the chattering of the CD burner - grunting and clicking like R2D2's backing singers.

As with all other LP converters you can, of course, connect this up to your PC or Mac, which opens up a world of possibilities. You can bypass the CD altogether and transfer the songs directly to your iTunes, or if you've decided that your scratched copy of Tubular Bells could do with a clean up before you transfer it to your MP3 Player or CD then the software that's been included will have your record sounding as good as new, removing all the characteristic pops and fizzes of old vinyl.

Once you've spent a couple of rainy weekends with the LP to CD converter you'll no longer need to gaze wistfully at your old record collection, trying to muster up the motivation to choose an LP and then commit to flipping it over once the first side has finished - you can keep your music collection, old and new, safely stored wherever you want.

Amazing

Just bought one of these converters not free here but from a different site for my dad's Christmas present, it got delivered today so i tested it out to see just if its worth the money and it REALLY is, amazing quality, looks and speed of convertion, LP's of 3 different sizes can be converted and I tested using a old T-Rex Recored. The product very quickly burnt the data from the LP to the blank cd which i put in the disk drive and the sound quality was perfect. A TOP BUY THIS CHRISTMAS AND 100% WORTH WHILE. A*
