Film to SD Scanner
4The instructions wre too brief. You have to figure out when the image has been scanned. The machine doesn't indicate when it's completed scanning an image. Other than that, I am quite pleased with the machine and would recomend it as a first buy for scanners of this type.

Works a treat
4Bought this for my Dad who'se got hundreds of slides and he is chuffed with it. It's a bit fiddly to put the slides in, but once in the pictures that come out are better than I could have hoped for.

Very Good but expensive
4Recently bought this Film to SD Scanner and it is a very good piece of equipment, and I would definitely recommend it.

brill! well worth getting!
5film scanner was the best thing i ever bought! my mum and dad ab loved the old slides that i converted to an sd card and put them in a digital photo frame and they both said it was the best pressi ever! made futher copies for the rest of the family and everyone raved bout seeing all the old slides again! excellent choice for the parents who have everthing but not the techno know how! i cant download anything and was able to use this! easy peasy!*****

5my husband was delighted with this gift as he had lots of slides he now has on his computer. he really was delighted with it. great when you are married to a man who already has everything.

5My husband is a lovely man, but very difficult to buy for, as he has EVERYTHING! However, I was not put off and searched the full catalogue of items stocked by I Want One Of Those! As you can imagine, this took quite a while, but it was worth it when I found the Film to SD Scanner! Hurrah! Hubby has LOADS of negatives and film slides in boxes, which he treasures, but is not able to look at very easily. So this Scanner is wonderful. Now he can put them all on the computer! Thank you I Want One Of Those, you have saved me once again!

Film to SD Scanner
3It's OK, it does what it says it does and is reasonably easy to operate. But, I have some reservations. One, it is fiddly and time consuming to use, as it will only take three slides at a time. Two, it does some automatic colour / contrast balancing, which does not provide the optimum shot. In addition to spending a lot of time loading all the slides onto the PC, I then had to spend a lot more time getting the balance / contrast right.
