Excellent product

This Perfect Sit Up is easy to assemble and to use, it's also made from high quality materials. I anticipate getting a lot of use out of it. It includes really good accompanying leaflets e.g. calorie specific meal plans. All round excellent product.

Perfect

The perfect sit up does exactly what it says on the tin, is a supportive way to do the perfect sit up. The chart that comes in the box has a few good exercises on, other than a traditional situp, the click is helpful. The neck support sold it for me as I have always had neck issues. Overall, I would suggest getting this for toning up after weight loss.

Not that bad!

The Perfect Sit Up is easy to put together and easy to use. Very light and not too bulky to store. It certainly takes the strain away from neck which is what I wanted and the clicker lets you know how many correct ones you have done.

Crunched

The Perfect Sit Up is superb. The adjustability of the product to fit your body and desired training intensity is superb. Although I've only had the product 2 weeks - the construction makes me think it will outlast many inferior sit-up products. The parts clunk together and ought to last. Good for beginners I assume as it 'clicks' when your abdomen are sufficiently crunched, the more experienced will feel the correct muscle tenseness anyway. For me the neck restraint is why I purchased this product from IWOOT - it's comfortable and stays cool unlike inferior similar foam products and it supports my head given an injured upper lumbar disc, which means I can crunch away once more. Also, you can hang it in a wardrobe out of the way ~12" space required.
