5I am very satisfied with this Perfect Sit Up machine because it is quite helpful for those who want to look slim and smart within a month. This machine is very easy to use when compared to other machines. I've lost around 3 inches off my waist within 4 weeks, but one thing you must make sure to do is get a balanced diet. If you want to see fast results you must eat healthy food and do regular situps. Take my word you will see the big difference when you use the Perfect Sit Up.

5I am really impressed with the Perfect Sit Up. I am not fit or toned but I want to be and I have never been able to manage sit ups. I have had a sore back and neck because I just did not know what I was doing. I have had this a week and I can see a difference with my muscles pulling in. I have spent less than 10 minutes a day on it and what a difference. Yes you feel the crunch but you know it is working the right muscle for you. I took a risk with this but it was worth every penny. Highly recommended.

5This gizmo is brilliant, I can say that the Perfect Sit Up is the best machine for sit ups I have ever used! I found it easy to assemble and it really is quite comfortable. Being only 5 feet tall I had to adjust the feet - not all keep fit machines are geared for short people but this fits the bill for me. I found the chart useful, outlining the different excercises that can be done on it. The machine clicks when you are doing the exercises correctly and it is really soft on your back. It doesn't feel like hard work at all but it really does work your tummy muscles. It is so easy to use and it's making such a difference that I shall continue to use it regularly. It is not bulky or heavy so is easy to store. The best money I have spent on an exercise machine and I recommend it for people of all ages, I am 100% happy.

Perfect form
5This Perfect Sit Up is a great product that's really easy to assemble. It does what it says on the tin, isolates each ab group and doesn't cause strain on your back or neck.

Perfect Sit Up - if you can!
4This Perfect Sit Up device is really well made, and it's also a lot bigger than it looks in the picture. The idea is that metal bars have enough spring to give you resistance to your sit-ups and leg exercises. It feels great when you lie on it, with your hands in the correct sit-up position, and your feet in the stirrups - but now you have to actually sit up! If you achieve a "perfect" sit-up, the device emits a click, but no sound to tell you that you "almost" got there - it took me quite a few efforts to do it! This is not really a sit-up but a crunch, as you can't actually get up as far as a sitting position. However, it feels like it pulls on your stomach muscles, so it's obviously going to improve tone, but don't assume it will be easy! Other exercises are shown on the excellent accompanying chart, as well as in the comprehensive instruction booklet (there's a good little booklet on healthy eating is also included). These exercises include quite a few leg variations, all of which seem to pull nicely on the stomach, so maybe a six-pack is possible! All in all a very well produced device, it's much better than most.

4I am very impressed with the Perfect Sit Up so far as it's easy to use and tells you that you are doing it correctly. The only thing is it doesn't do the sit ups for you or I would have given it 5 stars!

Amazing product
5This Perfect Sit Up provides an excellent way of doing situps. It's easy to assemble and comfortable to use. The neck and back support are implemented very well and take a lot of the strain of doing ab crunches away. The click it makes when you are doing the exercises correctly is very helpful and you can really feel the burn. All in all, this is a very sturdy and useful tool if you want to tone your muscles after losing weight.

5This is a very good aid to fitness and has started me off to obtain a healthier and better looking body. The assembly instructions were easy to follow and the equipment functioned well. It's not a bulky piece of equipment so storage was not a problem.
