Vegan Champagne Afternoon Tea for Two at Cake Boy

It seems only fair that with the rise in veganism over the years, eateries should be catering to every diner properly. Forget poring over the menu to find something you can eat while your friends moan that there’s too much choice: The Café at Cake Boy has you covered. Their French-inspired vegan menu boasts an extensive selection of fantastic sweet and savoury treats, all for you to enjoy.

Located in the award-winning Battersea Reach, you and your guest will get a chance to sample acclaimed pastry chef Eric Lanlard’s newest creations. Sit back, relax, and feast on red velvet cake, raspberry macaroons, dairy free cheese, and sourdough with hummus – whether you’re in the mood for sweet, savoury, or both, there’s plenty of variety. Lucky guests will also enjoy these treats with a glass of Champagne each along with tea, coffee and speciality hot beverages (complete with a choice of soya, oat and almond milk).

What happens on the day?

When you arrive at Eric Lanlard’s Cake Boy Emporium, you’ll be shown to your pre-booked seats and choose from a selection of organic teas and coffees, along with your choice of soya, oat or almond milk. Your afternoon tea will consist of an array of vegan delights, including avocado and Peruvian chocolate cups, red velvet cake and vanilla bean paste meringue.

Sit back, relax and enjoy tucking into your delicious treats. You’ll each be served a glass of Champagne to top things off in style.

Availability

Available Monday to Saturday, between 12.00 and 16.30. Date restrictions may apply.

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Please allow approximately 1 hour 30 minutes for the full experience.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
