Awful customer service. Don't expect a response if you have an issue

I bought this item for my 10 year old son's Christmas present and when it came to opening it, he was really excited. It turned on and off fine at the start but after a few times, the on/off button got stuck and it wouldn't release. I have since contacted IWOOT customer service and have had no response. I have chased multiple times but feel like I am being ignored. A real shame as i have bought loads of items from this company and have never had an issue. The moment I do get an issue, I'm totally disregarded. appalling service
