5I bought the NeoCube Alpha for my boyfriend for christmas. It's true there is something about magnets because he couldn't put it down all day! He made the cube, a TV with an arial, a snake and a ring for me! When He first opened it the magnets were a little smaller than I expected but they are very strong. Deffinately the best present I have bought in a while.

Keep your hands busy!
5Possibly the most annoying gadget,(in a good way!), since the rubik cube! After a bit of practice, making the cube is fairly easy, just don't tell your friends & family, just watch them get annoyed! I'm trying to master the hollow sphere, at the moment, keeps collapsing when I put the last triangles in, but I will not be beaten!

Great - But read the warnings!
4Great fun, everyone wants a go, if put down it's quickly picked up by someone else. Please read the warnings on the back of the packet though, as I'd already bought one of these elsewhere in different packaging (with no warnings) for a gift, the recipient left it upon their tv & it's appeared to have damaged it.

4I bought this as a gift for my son (stocking stuffer) and on Christmas Day I caught people not able to put it down !! Very cool gift..tension & stress reliever too!

This radiates awesome directly at my face
5This puzzle/toy is awesome. I got this for someone for christmas and the the packaging got "accidentally" damaged. I started to mess about with it for hours. I had booked a table at a restaurant for that night so I reluctantly handed them over my my lovely girlfriend and went upstairs to get ready. I came back and the fickle magnets had cast their spell upon her. We arrived late to the restaurant. I took them to work which was a bad idea as my 12 hour shift dissappeared in the the eather never to be available to me to utilise for impressing my boss again. I simply sat in a stupour slowly gaining dexterity in my fingers by making a cube over and over again. I handed them to my colleage with my now knarled fingers and he hastily made some bling for himself as pictured. I also felt the need to make some letters spelling IWOOT in omage to the glorious online shop upon which i found this time annihilator. Buy these please, if only so there are more people in the world for me to share the mighty burdon which this puzzle places upon me everytime i pick it up.

5How could such a simple thing be so much fun and be so adictive!, be 100 or 5 years old you will be looking to get it off the family member that is playing with it. I paid the full price before the sale and am not disappointed. get one.

Annoyingly addicitive
5This will do your head in but you'll have fun while it does. Work stopped in my office the day this shipped as everyone wanted to play with my magnetic balls!

Packaging lets it down
2I bought this as a gift so havent tested it out - I'm sure it will be much appreciated and lots of fun. However I was disappointed in the packaging - maybe I hadnt looked at the details properly but all the magnets are placed flat on a piece of card and it doesnt look impressive. Even though it is not cheap, it looks like a gift that didn't cost much so I ended up having to buy another gift to go with it rather than look mean! I'm sure it will be fine but the packaging lets it down!

Small
4This was bought as a gift, so I haven't tested the magnets. Others reviewers have said they are small but they really are SMALL about the size of those edible silver balls on cakes. So not for large hands. I really think a case should be supplied to keep these in with them being so small as once you open the packaging you will have to find something to put them in.............like a matchbox!
