One day I'll be thin.....
4Turns out I'm not quite as lazy as I thought I was! Grateful motivation to make me move more. Serious competition with the other half about number of steps now!!

Smart little gizmo
5Easy to use, and tracks quite accurately. bought this as a glorified step counter and it excels in that. i now use it as my alarm clock which vibrates on my wrist to wake me up, a stopwatch to time workouts, and also to monitor my sleeping pattern! well worth the money!

5I bought the Up a few weeks ago now . Its not the bluetooth one . Many reviews and comments online have said the bluetooth is unreliable . But this one , that plugs into the headphone socket of my phone , has been great . Brilliant in fact . the only strange thing about it is that it seems to log a strange amount of sodium in my food log . Its been life changing .

Excellent motivation
5After being told about jawbone by a friend, I decided to give it a go. I have to say it has motivated me to walk a little further each day. I have started to think about walking rather than using the car when it is not needed. I would recommend this product as motivational tool, I do not feel that i am pressured into lossing weight but rather encouraged into getting fit and healthy.

Good product but delivery issues
4Happy with the quality of the product and design. Fits well and from syncing my first set of data found the information interesting and also nicely surprising. The only reason I couldn't rate this product as 5 stars is due to the delivery service received. The product arrived 3 days late with no email updates or contact to explain the reasons for this.

5Excellent service with great updates on order progress. Product is fantasic, very little fuss to set up and does exactly what I want it to do, I will be using this site in the future.

Jawbon UP
5Great health/activity tracker, i have synced this with my fitness pal and the level of information it provides is fantastic. The silent vibrating alarm is very useful. My only criticisms would be having to manually switch between day and night mode and having to plug it in to sync everyday. The Bluetooth function of the UP24 now seems a very good reason to spend the extra.
