Spy Clock Nightmare
4This Spy Clock is a good bit of kit but the instructions to this clock have no relevance whatsoever. It even catches you by not telling you which way to insert the TF card. There are two buttons to control the clock camera, I'm yet to find a reason for one of them. I still cannot set the running time clock which is quite important if you want to prove that somebody was where they were and when. The results of the camera are quite good including the sound but be prepared to spend some time with it to start with. I even went on the makers website to no avail!

nice gadget, pants instructions
3The Spy Clock is quite a good item. It's well made and looks ok in the hallway pointing at the front door awaiting any would-be thieving toe-rag. The instruction manual is rubbish. Its basically incorrect and contradicts itself on a number of occasions. The enclosed CD is a waste of a CD; I still cant work out what the software on it actually does?! To summarise: good quality product that works as it should once you ignore the instructions, engage your brain and do it yourself.

exceeds expectations
5I have to admit I wasn't expecting such great quality video/audio in the video mode, and while the quality is actually inexplicably lower in the still photos, they are still very impressive, and much better than I expected. While the controls are somewhat convoluted, there being only two control buttons, it is very easy to pick up and the instruction leaflet was good enough to enable me to work it out fully within a couple of uses. Also I would like to point out that even though the Product Information says the camera is compatible with Windows ME/2000/XP/Vista etc, I have a Mac running OS X, and although I haven't tried the software that comes on the disk, you can still access the memory perfectly well as a removable storage device (it comes with a memory card). Overall, I'm very impressed!

Such Fun!
5I've had so much fun with this and my friends. I set it up in my friend's room and caught her sleep talking and walking! Brilliant gift and gadget for anyone to have.

Its Alright
2Expect poor video quality and not the best view either, as there is no additional viewing screen you have to set it up just right.. not bad for the price. needs sufficient lighting to view anyhting on screen

Saved me money!
5I put it in my kitchen cupboard, because I was suspicious of my window cleaner as I couldn't see any difference and he was really expensive! I left as usual at 8:30 am for work on a Thursday - the day he comes - and an hour later it recorded him coming in rubbing the old mark on the window with a piece of black cloth, walking over to my biscuit cupboard, and sitting down at my kitchen table with a coffee! I then fired him and saved a hundred pounds every two months!
