Item OK, but terrible service

I made two orders, one to IWOOT and another to Zavvi. Each was made early December and both came with free gifts. These items didn't arrive until Christmas Eve, by which time I had left for Christmas and had to buy replacements. More worryingly, I received NO FREE GIFTS. I did get an email for PACT Coffee, but the voucher sent was out of date. I raised it and IWOOT simply washed their hands of it and told me to contact PACT, who wanted my to buy something. The other FREE GIFT did not arrive, there was no email, no explanation, nothing. I suppose that's a level up from telling me to contact the supplying company. Very much fire and forget customer service. Maybe I should be happy, that I got an email, even though it told me to go bother someone else. I did raise it with IWOOT, but again, no response at all. The prices are OK, but with no real back up, I think I'll choose to buy from somewhere else next time.
