Very cool measuring cups!
5I bought these to end the nightmare of constantly having to convert measurements from my favourite American cookbook into English and now I will never need to do it again. I LOVE THESE! They store really easily but I prefer them lined up on my shelf, they make a great decorative item. Measurements are perfect and they are easy to clean out afterwards. I've had loads of people commenting on them in my kitchen and asking me where I got them.

These really measure up to the task ...
5I do a lot of baking and have had several sets of other measuring cups that sit inside each other. These ordinary cup-like 'measurers' have been borrowed for various other tasks (drinking out of, watering plants, teddy tea parties, etc.) and inevitably one, or more, of a set has been lost or broken. My Matroyshka measuring cups sit next to my mixer (with the matching measuring spoons) and stay there until I want to use them - maybe it's because they don't look like cups? They are easy to use and hold - for tiny hands and mum size hands - no fiddly little handles (so would probably be good for less steady hands too). The bottom part of the doll has a wide, flat bottom so it is quite stable when full of an ingredient and the head part of the doll also has a flat top so it can stand, quite securely, on the work surface too. It's easy to get ingredients into and out of them and they measure perfectly. They are made of substantial, rigid white plastic, not flimsy, bendy stuff and have a lovely matroyshka face and flower pattern on the front of each doll. The pattern on the front isn't deep enough or too detailed so it traps ingredients in it and the inside of the cups is totally smooth. The cups go in the dishwasher, or washing up bowl, and come out sparkly clean ready to measure next time I'm baking. An ideal product: it performs perfectly with a sweet design - it gets all my stars for its vote!

4I would actually give these a 4.5 star rating, but that wasn't an option. I got these for my mum's birthday. My mum loves the Russian dynasty, white kitchen accessories, and doesn't know how to measure for baking, making this the perfect gift. Considering the price of other plain measuring cups on the market, this novelty idea is a bargain. It was my first time ordering with IWOOT, and I'm sure it won't be the last.
