2Order placed on 5th December for Christmas presents. As of 18th December, the order has not been dispatched. Customer service initially replied with a generic delay message, but after following up for clarification on whether the order will arrive in time for Christmas, I’ve received no response. I completely understand high volumes at this time of year, but a lack of clear communication this close to Christmas is very disappointing, especially when customers need to know whether to make alternative arrangements. I’m hoping this can still be resolved, but at the moment the experience has been stressful and frustrating.

Amazing light, I’ve purchased 6!
5As a lifelong LOTR I’ve had my eye on this lamp for a couple of years. When I saw it for the lowest price on IWOOT I took the plunge and bought one for myself and one for my Dad for Christmas. They arrived in good time and I quickly unboxed mine, plugged it in and lit that baby up! It’s exactly what I wanted so I posted my new cosy lamp to socials like you do and I had some many messages asking where it was from. I had a brainwave and decided to gate keep the source of my new lamp and just buy my friends who asked the lamps for Christmas. All have now arrived and just need wrapping ready to make some LOTR fans Christmas very special. Definitely my favourite purchase of 2025 and at the best price across all stockists of this magnificent lamp.

5This looked good on the site so I ordered it thinking it might not be as good. It is actually really lovely and looks so good in the dark evenings. Definitely recommend for your home if you are fan of Lord of the Rings

Georgus lamp!
5Wanted one of these since I saw it on the site, and it doesn't disappoint. Isn't as bright as I would like, but would make a fabulous night light. Also comes with a USB C cable, so you can use your phone charger to power it, instead of using the batteries.
