Total Core Deluxe
4I've only used the Total Core a few times but it makes sit ups a lot easier and takes the strain away from your neck. I would recommend using a hard mat underneath it if using on carpet as the green wheels at the back make indents on the carpet after use! Digital counter on the deluxe model is useful to keep track of how many reps you have done, although haven't had any use for the hand straps that can be attached.

4The Total Core is excellent value for money. The only downside is that the manufacturers have re-done the rear strut which allowed adjustment to make the effort easier/harder. However, as the machine works perfectly and makes exercising so much more enjoyable, this is a small price to pay.
