Nothing much
1While this is wonderful in theory, in practice it failed miserably. I bought it for my boyfriend who loves penguins. He registered, but then heard nothing after that - no communications, no certificate, no newsletter, no sea life ticket, no nothing really. He was gutted. A massive disappointment and I am surprised by all the positive reviews.

4I bought this for a friend of 20 years who already has everything! However, she does have a longstanding love of penguins and the Adopt a Penguin set was met with great excitement. I particularly like the idea that she might be able to visit her Penguin. A good gift for the person who already has all material things.
