What happens on the day?

On arrival, you’ll check in with the Day Spa reception, where you’ll be provided with everything you need to enjoy your experience.

You’ll be free to use the Leisure Club and Heat & Ice facilities as you please.

Included in your experience is a two-course buffet lunch served in the Spa Terrace Café.

Availability

Available Monday to Thursday. Date restrictions may apply.

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Please allow 5 hours for your experience. You will be asked to arrive by 09.00.

What should I wear?

You are advised to take swimwear and exercise wear for use during your day. A robe and towel will be provided.

Additional information

You will be asked to arrive by 09.00 and proceed to the Day Spa reception on the ground floor of the Day Spa. Please check the arrival time on your confirmation letter once the experience has been booked direct with Whittlebury Hall.

Please check in with the Day Spa reception, where you will be provided with your locker key. A robe and towel will be in your locker and you may exchange used towels for fresh ones during the day. We recommend you bring your own footwear or alternatively slippers will be available for you to purchase at the Day Spa reception. There are both communal and private changing areas; vanity areas, complimentary shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are also available. You will be given a detailed layout of the Day Spa & Leisure Club upon arrival.

A two-course buffet lunch with water is included. Other drinks and meals are not included but can be purchased on the day.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.

If/when you are within 3 months of the voucher expiry date and there are still restrictions in place, Virgin Experience Days are offering free extensions to allow the customer to use at a later date.
