The internal design architecture of the PS3 Slim, from the main semiconductors and power supply unit to the cooling mechanism, has been completely redesigned, achieving a much slimmer and lighter body. Compared to the very first PS3 model with 60GB HDD, the internal volume as well as its thickness and weight are trimmed down to approximately two-thirds.

In addition, Emperor Zurg, one of the most beloved villains of the Disney-Pixar Toy Story franchise, will be a playable character exclusively on the PlayStation 3 system. The PS3 version will also be one of the first games to market featuring the PlayStation Move's motion controller compatible gameplay.
