Incomplete set

Unfortunately, the set only comprised 55 pieces, not 72, and therefore was impossible to put together. I'm still trying to get a refund. The customer service is very poor. They do not respond and largely ignore my messages.

DON'T TRUST IWOOT

Delayed purchase, order cancelled before dispatch so they send anyway. Refuse to answer messages. No refund as I refuse to pay to return items which were ordered on 5 Dec but not received till Jan!!!! COWBOY OUTFIT!! AVOID AVOID AVOID
