The Le Creuset Square Grillit is a cast iron skillet suitable for searing and frying meat, fish, vegetables and fruit with delicious chargrilled flavours, sealing in moisture, flavour and nutrients. Designed with cast iron ribs, fat drains away from food, offering a healthy method of cooking and producing caramelised, sear lines on your food. Featuring a wide helper handle for stability and ease of use, the Grillit is suitable for use on all hobs, including induction, under the grill, in the oven and on the barbecue. Only low to medium heat is required to achieve high surface heat and retention.
Crafted in France from cast iron, the Grillit is coated with Le Creuset’s satin black enamel interior and a chip and crack resistant exterior enamel. With a strong, easy grip handle that is oven safe, the durable skillet boasts pouring spouts on both sides for drip free serving and is dishwasher safe.
