The Le Creuset Signature Cast Iron Risotto Pot Deep Rectangular Dish is the perfect cooking pot for a wide variety of dishes such as risottos, stews, pasta dishes and baked desserts. With a shallow base and wide helper handles, the dish can be used as a frying or sauté pan on the hob and for a roasting or baking dish in the oven. The classic, elegant good looks make it an ideal piece for taking straight from the hob or oven to the table.
Crafted from durable cast iron with superb thermal retention properties, the dish cooks evenly, keeps food moist with flavours locked in. Coated with Le Creuset’s enamelled finish, the pot is chip and scratch resistant and the sand-coloured interior allows a clear view of your ingredients while they cook. Suitable for all hob types, including induction, the lidded dish is detailed with Le Creuset branding and a stainless steel knob.
