The Index Mini set of four chopping boards is the miniature, compact edition of the best-selling, innovative creation by designers Joseph Joseph that allows you to reduce cross contamination when cooking while optimising space in your kitchen.
The Index Mini set features four colour-coded chopping boards designed to be used for cooking different food types, with each board including non-stick feet and index-style tabs for quick board selection. The diminutive set has also been updated with a juice-catching groove in the red meat board, a sloping rim for capturing food and liquids on the green vegetable board, an integrated fish-grip mechanism on the blue seafood board and crumb-catching grooves on the white cooked food board.
