The Philips PerfectCare Pure Steam Generator is a compact steam generator iron that features a 1.5L fixed water tank and a super lightweight iron. With innovative OptimalTEMP technology, you never need to worry about ironing on different fabrics at varying temperatures as the clever iron will do that for you and guarantees never to burn any ironable fabrics. The soleplate temperature is controlled by the Advanced Smart Control Processor whilst a compact ProVelocity steam engine delivers more steam for faster ironing. A 5 bar pump pressure gives a powerful 180g steam boost for vertical steaming and tough creases. An ECO mode offers a reduced amount of steam to save energy without losing results and turbo mode generates more steam to breeze through the laundry pile.

Designed to be used with tap water, the water tank can be refilled during ironing without switching off the appliance. There is also no need to replace the iron back on the base station: the OptimalTEMP technology ensures garments are not damaged. Ironing is easier, quicker and wrist-friendlier. The soleplate features an integrated titanium-oxide layer for superb gliding and scratch resistance.
