Rubbish
The mug looked very nice when it arrived but, unfortunately, proved useless at keeping a drink warm. Two hours after making a coffee, it was luke warm when I went to drink it and the drinking spout was also not the best to use. I ended up taking lid off to drink the nearly cold coffee. Very, very disappointed! An expensive mistake!
