The Power Up Handwarmers will turn up the heat when the winter chill takes over. Hands always feel the coldest in winter so keep them warm and cosy with a pair of these handwarmers tucked into your hands or pockets. Slightly bigger than standard handwarmers, these will fit comfortably in men's hands too.

The on-off symbol adorns the handwarmers in a design appropriate message. To turn them on and release heat, press the metal button inside each one to allow the gel to crystallise and heat up. It takes seconds for them to heat up to a temperature of 54 degrees centigrade and they will stay hot for around 30 minutes.

The handwarmers can be reset to their original gel state by putting them into boiling water, leaving for 5 minutes and then patting dry. The crystals inside will melt, ready to use again. What's more, they are reusable so you can use them every winter. Sometimes gloves aren't enough to keep your hands warm especially if you are braving cold conditions outside, these handwarmers will be a blessing. - R.K.

They really work!

Total :

I was dubious as to whether the Power Up Handwarmers (Set of 2) would work, and how hot they would get. So it was a nice surprise to find they get quite hot. They keep hotter if you put them in your pockets. The only downside is that the button accidentally gets pressed sometimes if in a bag. Plus, it's a hassle of putting them in boiling water for 10 minutes. It needs to stay hot for at least 10-15mins to reset. Other than that, a great idea!

The Power Up Handwarmers (Set of 2) doesn't burn your hands but gives you a nice heat. They make the perfect stocking filler because they'll get used straight away! Great value as well, bearing in mind there are actually 2 inside, and they are a nice design. They stay warm after you've boiled them for about 20 minutes before you even have to press the little button, so a really good thing for the winter months.

I like the idea

Total :

I like the idea and design. My son loves it. But I was rather disappointed that it did not come in packet that just ready to try out. It was cold and hard, ie we have to boil it first before the first use. All other outdoor hand warmer we had bought was ready for a first use before need to reheat them. Other than that, it serves its purpose and like the idea of "Powering Up" the heat.

I bought these Power Up Handwarmers and expected that, as they were relatively cheap, they would not be especially good and intended to give them as a joke present. To my pleasant surprise they are very effective. They heat up quickly to a very respectable temperature, (but not too hot to burn, thankfully,) and maintain that for quite a while. Recharging them was simple enough too, which is a relief. The activation button was a little tricky to make work the first time, but once I knew how best to operate it, I had no problems. My only suggestion would be that these were a little bigger overall... but other than that, I've no complaints at all!

The Power Up Handwarmers (Set of 2) are so so handy! Bigger than the average handwarmer, they heat up in seconds! I've used and reused them dozens of times already and I've only had them a week! Will be buying more as stocking fillers for friends and family, they are just so 'handy'!

Fabulous and fun

I walk my dog a lot in the winter and so keeping my hands warm can be an issue. I was given these Power Up Handwarmers and they are just great! You can keep them in a bag and then pop them out when your hands get cold, just to warm them up. These are fabulous and I love the design.
