This box gives you one session with a professional photographer so you can get the perfect snap of your dog or cat. Once it's all done you and your pet attend a viewing appointment where you can choose the picture you want to use as a 5" by 7" portrait. Make your pet feel important.

Your voucher is valid for 10 months. This experience includes one pet portrait session and one complimentary print (minimum size 5”x7”). The portrait session is for pets only and does not include images of you and your pet. This is suitable for most animals, although large animals like horses are excluded. A £5 P&P charge will be payable to cover Recorded Delivery of your print(s) at some locations. A fully refundable booking deposit of £20 must be paid at time of booking. The booking deposit will be refunded at the viewing session or if your booking is cancelled with at least 48 hours prior notice to the session. If your booking is cancelled with less that 48 hours prior notice your deposit will not be refunded. Your voucher may not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. A journey time of up to 45 minutes may be necessary to the nearest studio in some areas of the UK. One pet per voucher. One voucher per household within a 12 month period.

Please allow 10 working days from dispatch of your order before notifying us of any late deliveries.
It may be advisable to check with your neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them, check any outhouses you might have where it may be left if it cannot fit through your letterbox and contact your local sorting office to see if the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting collection.
