What happens on the day?

On arrival at Barnsdale Hall Hotel you will receive a warm welcome then be shown to the le isure club where you will be granted full use of the facilities for a period of time. Then once you are relaxed and have dried off you will be served a delicious light lunch from the main menu including a glass of champagne.Barnsdale Hall Hotel - Leicestershire is a unique setting with personal charm, character and friendly but attentive personal service. You will each be spoilt to a one-course lunch from the menu, plus a glass of champagne. You may also use the leisure facilities which include a fully equipped gym and swimming pool. With its breathtaking views of the natural splendours of Rutland Water it is an ideal venue to take a friend or loved one.
Please note - This hotel has leisure facilities and the pool closes daily for 1 hour for swimming lessons - please ask for details of timings when booking. Treatments can be booked however the facilities are that of a leisure club and are subject to availability. Robes and slippers are not provided.

Availability

Your voucher is valid for nine months from the date of issue, kindly note your experience must be booked and taken before the expiry date. Your voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

The experience is available on Monday to Saturdays throughout the year. Excluded dates include school and public bank holidays. Please note: This hotel has leisure facilities and the pool closes daily for 1 hour for swimming lessons as well as closures for cleaning 13.00 to 14.00 on Mondays and Thursdays.

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. All bookings are subject to availability.

Please allow a full day for your experience. Lunch times vary and the length of time using the facilities also vary depending on location. Please check directly with the venue at the time of booking.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
