What happens on the day?
On arrival at Conwy Brewery, you’ll be welcomed by the friendly staff, who’ll be taking you behind the scenes of this award-winning establishment. Enjoy a guided tour of the brewery as you get up close to the equipment, learn about the history, and how beer is made. You’ll get to finish things off properly with beer samples at the Brewery Tap afterwards, whilst enjoying some of the best views from any brewery in the UK.

There is some walking required on the brewery floor
You will be denied access to the brewery if you have experienced vomiting or diarrhoea within 2 days of your booking

Availability
The brewery tour is available from Monday to Friday at 16.00 and Sundays and Saturdays at 13.00. Other times may be available by arrangement. Excluded dates may apply.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow 1 hour 30 minutes for the full experience.
What should I wear?
You are advised to wear sensible, sturdy footwear and clothes which you don't mind getting damaged or dirty.
What about the weather?
Heavy snow may restrict access to the brewery as it is located on a private road. Please check before setting out if you are uncertain.
Additional information
Please mention any dietary requirements when making your booking. Please note: if you have suffered vomiting or diarrhoea during the 2 days prior to taking your experience, access to the brewery is not allowed and you must reschedule your experience. What about insurance? The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence. A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher. How it works All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience. If/when you are within 3 months of the voucher expiry date and there are still restrictions in place, Virgin Experience Days are offering free extensions to allow the customer to use at a later date.
