Unique 3D recording capabilities

For the first time ever, as an owner of an iOS device you can create videos with a high-quality binaural audio track just by wearing a headset. Binaural means, the two omnidirectional microphones located in the earpieces of the Ambeo Smart Headset pick up the sound just like your ears do. The Smart Slider allows microphone sensitivity adjustment to optimise recording performance in loud environments like concerts.

Thanks to its binaural microphone setup, audio tracks made with the Ambeo Smart Headset virtually put the listener in the place where the sound was recorded - be it a noisy street corner, a ride through a stunning countryside, a road trip, a concert event, and more. Seamless iOS integration

Featuring Apogee's proprietary Soft Limit and mic preamp plus precisely tuned A/D and D/A conversion, as well as a Lightning connector, the MFi-certified Ambeo Smart Headset integrates seamlessly with Apple iOS devices.

Situational Awareness

The earpieces of the Ambeo Smart Headset possess a unique feature: Situational Awareness. It offers two functions, which can be controlled using the rocker switch.You can either activate the Transparent Hearing function to fade the outside noise into your personal programme, which lets you stay safe when you are on the street. Or you can deploy the active noise cancellation, blocking out your acoustic environment to enjoy your music undisturbed. Situational Awareness also works when you are recording or making a call and can, of course, also be turned off.

Beside its unique 3D audio capabilities, the Ambeo Smart Headset is also a high-quality headset, offering intuitive handling and great 
Sennheiser sound. A special ear-hook design combines low structure-borne noise and ultimate wearing comfort with an extremely stable in-ear fit. The headset's lightweight in-line remote with an additional built-in microphone optimised for speech makes taking calls and voice-controlling your iOS device a breeze.

Dedicated app for additional functions

With a special dedicated app the smart slider of the Ambeo Smart Headset can be programmed with various functions (default function is mic sensitivity control), adapting it to your individual requirements.
