This Carmen 5 Motor Seat Massager was such a disappointment. It's a complete waste of money and I totally reget spending any time ordering this. Only two of the 5 massage areas were working on arrival and the vibrations were very poor, even on the higher setting. As far as I'm concerned it's not fit for purpose.
