This is a cheap, and let's face it a downright silly thing. That said, everyone keeps nicking it from our display shelf in the office. They're either using it 'cos they're too bone idle to stir their milkshake, or they just sit staring at the whirlpool effect for hours.
It's meant to be for kids, but perhaps we over-estimated the maturity of everyone in the office!

This is the kind of gadget you always see on tv shows and really want. It's unbelievably pointless, yet equally interesting and also makes a wicked milkshake! You'll be amazed by the whirly fun for hours! Twirltastic!

Completely pointless, but well good fun! It's your own mini-whirlpool in a nice controlled environment! Mixes milkshakes perfectly... it's cool - every household should have one. I don't know how I survived without my Whirlpool Mug!!

I bought this for my 19 year old daughter who is very difficult to please and she absolutely loves it and has taken it with her to her flat in Glasgow as she can't be parted from it - makes her hot chocolate just perfect !

It's great you can use it for any sort of drink it works really well with hot chocolate! I even use it for my tea!!! I recommend that everyone gets one. Why doesn't star-bucks use them!! If you don't get one you are missing out on lot of tornado speed stirring!

Saw this and just had to have it. Have spent hours just staring it at the whrilpool. I have recommended it to all my friends. It also makes a lovely frothy milksahke and frothy tea.

This thing is pretty cool, and it's much more powerful than you would think. I used to spend at least two minutes trying to get my whey protein shakes to a desirable consistency and would always end up with clumps, but this thing yields a perfect consistency within 15 seconds. It is quite popular in my house (I have 6 other roommates) and has been dubbed the "Moo Moo Machine". But everyone loves it and is constantly borrowing it from me.

This is by far the most wonderful item that I have ever purchased! It is an excellent stirrer of hot chocolate, and the grip is fun and easy! Be careful when inserting it into the dish washer; after I took my first mug out of the washer, it refused to work. But no matter, I just bought a second! ;)

I always use this for milkshakes and it somehow always gives a more satisfactory taste, way better then spoon-stirred.
Once I got bored and put glittery water in there and watched the shiny wirlpool for about an hour x)
