No-one does kitsch mobile phone bling quite like the Japanese. MoPods are the latest craze that has swept over from our quirky friends in Asia. A collector's dream, the MoPods come in seven quirky phone charms; Puppy, Monster, i-Penguin, Kitten, Monkey, Devil, and the new Golden Penguin. Each mini character lives encapsulated in its own transparent dome.
As if a little charm pet wasn't reason enough for being, the MoPods are actually practical. When your mobile phone rings or receives a text within a metre of your MoPod then the little blighter will get in a tizz, spin round and round and a little light will flash wildly in reaction. The perfect visual warning if your phone is on silent or you are in a noisy bar.
Whether hung on your bag, your clothes, your keys or your mobile, MoPods are a must-have, or as they say in Japan, a "hitsuyou".

I was always missing calls and texts when I was on the bus either because it was an old banger with a noisy engine or because I had my Mp3 player on too loud but now my Mopod lets me know if I have a call so I don't have to sit with my phone on my lap!

My sister bought me the puppy for Christmas and I love it!!! All my friends want them now, so I guess I'll be ordering some myself. Thanks

I purchased the Kitten, Puppy and Monkey MoPods for Christmas and they are lovely. They would be perfect aside from a slight glitch where they also spin at intervals when your phone checks its network status - which can lead to some disappointment that you haven't actually just received a new text.

These are great, fun to attach to your phone for when it rings or to just mess about with when you need a little laught. Great for any age.

OMG They're sooooooooooooo cute!! We're not supposed to have our phones on at work so mine is kept in the pocket of my work apron on silent. I have one of these just in front of where I work so I can see when someone has tried to contact me. I can then find a hiding place and check my phone... Sneaky! Not recommended if you're not as popular as someone who works next to you. Demoralising.

I recently received my mopod Monster. He is adorable! When anyone calls me or I receive a message, the little guy spins around and the lights flash various colours! This is an amazing little gadget... but I have a feeling my friends are getting sick of me asking them to call me! Just so i can see the monster do his thing...

Started something with the kids at school! Bought 6 gave away as kiddie presents and the kids just love them, especially the 40 year old who keeps missing text messages!!!
Keep adding to the range . .

I recently bought a Monkey mopod and I just love it. All my friends and my Mum love them so thinking of getting my Mum one (once she decides which one she likes best!).

Just a bit of advice! I bought a bunch of Mopods as a gift to a friend that hardly ever answers her phone. And for myself I bought the pink devil. It's been dangling from my handbag.
That is, until I was at a funeral a couple of weeks ago. Just when the service was about to begin I realised I should hide the little devil inside the handbag... Yes I had my phone turned off - but what if the guys sitting next to me had forgotten? Just imagine ...
Cheers
