Description
There's nothing quite as nerve-wracking as playing pass the parcel with a time-bomb, or quite as much fun. Shockball is basically catch for the brave and the hard. This metal-studded ball contains a hidden wickedness - that is rather given away by the name. Turn it on and then start throwing it to one another and at some random point in the all too near future, the person catching it will get zapped.
You never know when it's going to 'go live', so it turns catch on its head - instead of worrying whether or not you can catch the ball, now you'll worry about what will happen if you catch the ball. This rubber-coated land mine has been the cause of lots of shrieks in the office - though oddly they seem to come before the person's even caught the thing. There's nothing like a bit of anticipatory fear to spice up a game!
Features:
- A rubber coated 'throw and catch' ball with a twist, 18 conductive metal pads to shock you by surprise.
- An internal timer that randomly decides to time-out and shock whoever is holding the ball at that point.
- An on/off switch so if you want a break from the shocks you can just play regular catch.

Fun for all ages
Firstly, it is best to ensure the family dog doesn't think of joining in by stealing the ball and running around dodging all attempts to retrieve it! The Shockball is a little unyielding for younger children but rather wonderful. The shocks are really random and shocking enough to bring about submission from even the most die-hard of Alpha males.
Very good fun
I bought this Shockball for my partners best mate for his birthday "joke" present it's brilliant fun. I found the shock a bit too shocking for me personally but it doesn't bother the men and they have lots of fun playing it. It's a good buy and at a reasonable price for what it is.

Rubbish!!
We used the Shockball for 15 minutes and it stopped working. Extremely disappointing!
good
expected a bigger shock feels more like a tickle. The key to turn on and off is easy to lose and the actual ball is smaller than expected. The best thing to do with it is play a quiz so you pass it when you get it right. The delivery was quick and good service :)
Very disappointing..
I got this product, and opened it, very excited.. I was extremely disappointed by it. My 13 year old brother has decided that it more tickles than shocks, and he will readily set it off in his hand on purpose, as it is a hardly noticeable shock. When you are actually playing 'hot potato' the shock is sometimes missed, and apart from the warning light we would not have realised it had happened yet. Finally, the little key to start the product went missing within a few days, and is very easily lost, and now we have to use a match when we want to stop and start it, which is not often. I would really not recommend this product...

I bought the Shockball for my 10 year old at Christmas and he loved it.
Lots of excruciating fun!
Bought this for my 12 year old nephew who loved it, although not sure that his parents would say the same! Caused much hysteria during the day. Be warned though, at the more extreme end, the shocks do get really quite painful. Great buy and seemed to have good options for playing different games although, as with most things, the novelty value will undoubtedly wear thin. One potential problem however is that a key is required to alter the intensity of the shock which could very easily be lost.

Great purchase
I bought the shockball for my cousin for christmas, I'm really looking forward to seeing everyone playing with it on christmas day. A family member bought one last year for my boyfriends brother and we had alot of laughs with it!! It was even funnier when his uncle had hold of it and didn't know what to expect, when it shocked him! I was browsing your website and I came across the shockball and I had to buy it for someone! Just a shame I cant play with it as I'm pregnant but will look forward to seeing everyone else being shocked haha! Thank you!

Bought this as a gift for my brother in law who 'is impossible to buy for' it has caused much laughter and is a great excuse for drinking games!!!
shocking, but in a good way
wasn't sure about this product when it arrived, thought it was a bit small and didnt really give the shock I was preparing myself for. However, when playing it with friends and making up our own questions that had to be answered before passing it, the fear of being shocked and the surprise factor made it really funny and enjoyable, although some could take it more than others!
