Before Christmas, my fiancé started joking around that he wanted a Space Rug as one of his gifts. To be fair part of me died inside. Let's face it, it doesn't look sexy, or have very much appeal outside of the geek chic, cluster zone. I ordered the brown rug for him and he was thrilled. I laughed when I saw what he looked like when wearing it! One day I got so fed up and cold, that I tried it on while he was out and couldn't believe how comfy and snug I was. With that, I saw the light, and ordered one myself. I, even as a girl, with no interest in Sci-Fi, unlike my Star Trek loving fiancé, don't know how I ever lived without the Space Rug. I wear it around the house, and I like how it goes all the way round, with full ultra soft coverage, a hood, and even pockets. I even sleep in it some nights, it's the best money I've ever spent.

I ordered a white Space Rug as a laugh as my friend had also ordered one. When it arrived I was pleasantly surprised as it is extremely soft, warm and very comfortable. I have barely taken it off since it was delivered! I would definitely recommend it to anyone, whether you are a Star Wars fan or not!

Really warm.and soft. Just long enough for my 5ft 11in. Really glad I got one though - much more practical than the snuggie. Packs down quite small and is not heavy - It might be coming camping with me.

Super SPACE RUGS
I used to have a poncho style snuggie thing. Now I have my super Space Rug, which is fantastic for lounging around, watching TV. It keeps you nice and toasty with no drafts! With the hood up it's brilliant for scaring the kids. Worn with a lightsaber you even stand a good chance of a prize at fancy dress parties! This is great value and also makes a fabulous present!

The Space Rugs look good and feel good. It would be all good if it had a front opening, but it doesn't, so overheating is a problem.
Out of this World...
Well what can I say about the Space Rugs? I love it, love it, love it! I am sat wearing my Space Rug right now while writing this review and I feel cosmic. This is a great quality item at a bargain price. The robe itself is super comfy and makes me look like a Jedi (well, kind of). Quite a lot of lint comes off the fleece at first, but this is solved by simply giving it a quick wash before wearing. Altogether I'm very happy with my purchase and I would definitely use IWOOT again.

I bought the Space Rug for my partner who is 5ft 8 and it's a bit big on him, however he says the extra size is even more comfortable and isn't restricting to wear. It keeps him lovely and warm and is probably one of the best things I've bought. So much so, that I'm ordering more for relatives!

I bought one of these Space Rugs to wear at home to keep myself warm as you wouldn't catch me wearing one of those onesies, and it does a great job of doing just that. It is made of a lightweight fleecy material which is very soft and warm. I used to put the heating on a lot at night but wearing one of these keeps me so warm I don't have the heating on now. It's really good value for money and you still have plenty of movement when wearing it. The 2 pockets are also really handy. Anyone thinking of buying one I would say go for it, I love mine.

Bought one Space Rug and all I can say is that I'm ordering 2 more for family members! The quality is amazing. I am 6ft 2" and the robe ends at my ankles, it's that long! When tucked up on the sofa all of me is covered. It has an over the head design (not wrap around like a dressing gown). The only thing I'd say is that it could do with a button on the neckline as the v-shape is quite deep at the front (easy fix if it bothers you). If you're on the fence about this item, I'd recommend it! Comfy, comfy, comfy!

What gift do you get a man?! I hadn't a clue until I saw this. I was a bit worried he wouldn't like it and what colour to choose but he hasn't stopped wearing it! I chose the brown one and it is a very soft fleecy material.

These worked out well as a novelty Christmas present. They are polyester, so not breathable, but quite comfy for watching TV, and the photos were great of four of us dressed as Jedi. Would definitely recommend if you get chilly sitting in the evening.

I bought the Space Rug for myself as an alternative to a dressing gown, looks better if the doorbell rings if I'm having a lazy day! I am so pleased with it. I put it on as soon as I get home from work, it's so warm and cosy. I even had to turn the heating off one evening as I was too warm! Some other reviews mention the lack of a zip as a minus point but I prefer the over-the-head style, it's quick and easy to put on and so comfortable with no fastenings. The fabric is lovely and soft too, like being wrapped in a warm cloud. I would definitely recommend the Space Rug to anyone who feels the cold. I will be buying more as gifts for friends and family.
