Nice little glow. Still can't see anything though.
As a Nintendo collector this looks awesome, but any form of light apart from a tiny glow is non-existent. You can't see anything two inches away from it let alone be able to see anything else in the room and about as useless as a chocolate teapot for any bed-time book readers. 2 stars for a Mario item, absolutely bollocks for lighting.

Great little lamp with fantastic coin sound affect.
As a massive Mario fan family. This was a hit in our household. It wad purchased for my six year old boy bedroom that we have just redecorated super Mario theme. He Love's this lamp even more as it can be powered by batteries as well as mains. And as an added bonus it was on offer. Still I would of paid full price for it as well. Fast delivery.

Love It
The packaging is awesome, the light is so cool. Its on my desk at work and all my coworkers come over throughout the day and press it so it lights up and makes a sound. A true Nintendo collectable.
